| Kentucky Autos Accident Insurance Claims Who Can I Collect From Whenever you are involved in an auto accident you have several people that you may be able to collect from. Never assume that you cant collect for an accident. - You may be able to collect from the government often there are uninsured and underinsured motorists statutes and government programs that allow you to collect from a victims fund.
- You may also be able to sue the government directly if it had employees that injured you or if it caused your injury through its acts or poor roads etc.
- You may be able to collect from your employer or

You can see that who you collect from often depends on your theory of who was at fault. Often what seemed to be a worker's compensation case is an accident case or a landlord tennant case or maybe a defective product case. When one defendant has an empty pocket often the other will be covered by insurance.
